The composition is built on the clash between a strict geometric structure and the form’s internal dynamic energy. The cubic grid acts simultaneously as a framework and a confining space, within which a tense sculptural impulse is concentrated.The central part is filled with metal elements radiating outwards, creating an effect of internal pressure and expansion. The contrast between the static external structure and the expressive internal ‘core’ creates a sense of a hidden explosion, directly linked to the work’s title.The linear organisation plays a key role in the perception of the object. The metal profiles do not merely fill the space, but form a directed vector field in which movement is perceived as a continuous overcoming of boundaries. The sculpture is perceived not as a closed volume, but as a model of energy and impulse.The rigidity of the metal and the structural clarity of the lines combine with the effect of optical vibration arising from the intersection and superimposition of elements. As the viewpoint changes, the structure undergoes a visual transformation: some parts dissolve, whilst others, conversely, begin to dominate, intensifying the sense of instability and internal tension.Within the context of Saken Narynov’s body of work, this piece reflects the artist’s characteristic fusion of architectural thinking and spatial plasticity. ‘Pressure’ can be interpreted as a metaphor for the interplay between system and force, order and inner impulse, where the form captures a state of extreme pressure on the verge of a possible breakthrough.In the urban environment, the object functions as an intellectual sculptural landmark, creating a sense of concentrated energy and hidden movement around itself .
