Since 2014, by the order of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he has been appointed as the Director General of the Kazakh Research Institute of Culture of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In different years he headed the scientific and practical Center for postgraduate education and academic mobility. As the pro-rector of the T. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts, he supervised scientific work of university. During pre-director period, hold the post as the president of the Foundation for the Spiritual Development of the People of Kazakhstan of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

One of the authors-developers of the Concept of Cultural Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which was approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2014 and this immensely step for culture history of Kazakhstan.

He is the scientific and artistic director of various projects.

In 2011, he was a prize-winner of the State Scholarship to writers and artists.

In 2012, he was awarded a letter of thanks of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2014, member of the National Scientific Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2015 he received the Laureate of the Fund of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Leader of the Nation Award for Excellence in Science and Technology.

In 2016, by the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was awarded the title of Honored worker of Kazakhstan.

Since 2017, the order of the Committee for Control in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan has conferred the title of Associate professor.

Since 2017, by the order  of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs  of the Republic of Kazakhstan  - member of the National Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan for UNESCO and ISESCO.

The theme of scientific research, on which he successfully defended his doctoral dissertation in 2012, was a wide range of studies on the preservation of the unique Scythian-Sakas heritage. He continued and expanded his research in scientific internships and expeditions in Europe, the United States and Russia whose results are presented in scientific publications, monographs and popular science films highly appreciated by experts from different countries. Author of over 50 scientific works, including 2 monographs.
