Information note for the seminar participants

Conditions for participation to the seminar:

Fill in the application form, registration form (attached file, fill in the electronic format) and send it to the e-mail address: iratkzric@gmail.com, contact phone: 8 (7172) 574078 ext. 609;

Fill in and sign:

1. Contract with (in duplicate) with the host party regarding the program of seminar;

2. Agreement on holding a seminar (in duplicate) with the Kazakh Scientific Research Institute of Culture.

Request in the contract for the seminar mandatory to indicate the official name of the organization, full details of the bank, address.
