CONFERENCE PROGRAM

PLENARY MEETING
The main directions of the discussion:
    the role and place of Kazakhstan in global intercultural dialogue;
    the model of Kazakhstan intercultural relations in the context of integration and globalization;
    civilized approach in the analysis of sociocultural processes in Kazakh society, searching new horizons;
    innovative approach in solving intercultural, interethnic and interfaith organization of modern societies.

Section 1. SOCIOCULTURAL DYNAMICS OF THE INTEGRATION PROCESSES IN KAZAKHSTAN
The main directions of the discussion:
    interethnic society integration in the global cultural space;
    the role of intellectual elites and scientific communities in development of the sociocultural Kazakh society;
    sociocultural and spiritual values of Kazakh society;
    humanitarian technologies as the system of intercultural relations’ development.

Section 2. MODERN KAZAKH SOCIETY: THE PHENOMENON OF INTERCULTURAL INTEGRATION IN THE GLOBALIZATION ERA
The main directions of the discussion:
    ethnocultural aspects of Kazakh society’s spiritual development;
    the significant role of intercultural Kazakh relations in forming and development of historical nation consciousness in the context of strengthening the state unity;
    Kazakhstan as a modifier of the various national cultures and traditions;
    the ratio of the eastern and western civilizations in the history, culture and traditions of Eurasia.

Section 3. INNOVATIVE MODERN CULTURE PROCESSES
The main directions of the discussion:
    innovative technologies in cultural treasures’ storage and instauration;
    problems and modern achievements in instauration and conservation of museum exhibits;
    applying the latest approaches and materials in instauration of museum exhibits;

    accounting, storage of museum exhibits: preservation terms of museum exhibits. Accounting and attribution requirements of museum exhibits.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION

Application deadline (form attached) - October 30, 2014.
Articles deadline (for publication in collection and on website of Kazakh Scientific Research Institute of Culture – www.cultural.kz ) - November 10, 2014.
Conference language – Kazakh, Russian, English;
Applications and articles should be submitted on e-mail: kaz.madeniet@gmail.com,  ikpi.kz@mail.ru.  
Email subject – Vectors_conference, the title of attached file – name of the first author and the number of section (e.g. Kadyrov_2).
In the case of not receiving receipt confirmation letter in three days, please resend your letter.
The distribution of collection from the conference is not provided.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ARTICLES

For publication of report (article, thesis) the materials should be executed in strict compliance with following requirements: text of the report (bounded to the theme of the conference, up to 6 pages), application form should be filled in MS Word; the title of the file and separated picture files in .jpeg format should be named by author’s name.
    Tables, schemes, pictures should have titles typed in Microsoft.
    The page format – A4, orientation – portrait.
    Margins: left – 3 cm, right – 1 cm, top and bottom – 2 cm.
    Font: Times New Roman, size – 14pt.
    Interval – single.
    Indention – 1.25.
    At the beginning should be typed the title of the report: at the top, in the middle, using capital letters (BOLD TYPE).
    Full name of the author(s) below the title of the report in single interval using lowercase letters (bold type).
    Then (below) the full name of organization, where the author works.
    Then, in single interval after the indention – short abstract, font – italic, no more than 500 characters including spaces. Abstract should be in language of the original text.
    In single interval after the indention – the text of the report.
    References placed at the end of the text and drawn up regarding to its order of the mention in the work. Bibliographic references formatted in square brackets in the form of the corresponding number on literature list indicating the source of the page – e.g. [8, p. 4].
    All the pictures and photos should have clear contrast and resolution no less than 300 dpi in .jpeg format.
    After the list of references and possible attachments is placed short abstract in two languages (except the language of original text).
    In the case of abbreviations, should be defined in the brackets directly before abbreviations. Hereinafter, use abbreviations.
