The central image of the composition is the shanyraq — a sacred symbol of the home, the clan and the continuity of generations. Thanks to its radially diverging lines, it resembles a solar disc, taking on cosmic and philosophical significance. The colour palette is built on a combination of golden, ochre and copper tones, creating the effect of an ancient artefact. Bright blue and red accents refer to traditional Kazakh textiles. The texture of the work plays an important role. The use of mixed media, relief and materials with a metallic effect creates a multi-layered surface that enhances the sense of archaism and sacredness. The philosophical concept behind the work is linked to the interpretation of the shanyraq as a symbol of the connection between humanity, nature and the cosmos. The artist demonstrates that ancient cultural codes remain relevant and continue to exist in contemporary art.
