The 10^th anniversary Forum of clerisy of CIS member states is finished its work in Astana. More the 200 delegates from CIS countries took participation in this Forum.

The greeting words from N. Nazarbayev were read out by the State Secretary G. Abdykalikova:

“Dear participants of the Forum! I congratulate you with the beginning of the Forum of clerisy of CIS member states. This Forum is devoted to the promotion of common values and the dialogue of cultures. The dialogue, information exchange and acquaintance with cultural wealth are important condition for cooperation between different cultures and nations.”

The greeting words from V.Putin were read out by Special Representative for International Cultural Cooperation M.Shvydkoi:

“Today we can say that over the past decade this forum has proved its relevance, it has become an authoritative platform for a constructive and meaningful dialogue of public representatives of the CIS countries on key themes of the humanitarian agenda.”

President of the Council for Humanitarian Cooperation of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Russia Polad Bulbuloglu expressed his gratitude to the leadership of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

"The fact that our leaders supports these forums, talks about the emphasis, which they lay to the conservation and adaptation to modern conditions of humanitarian cooperation in the CIS." 

On 22^nd of October, in the framework of the X Forum of clerisy of the CIS member states held a solemn ceremony of awarding the International Prize «Commonwealth of Debuts».

This year, 14 applicants from all countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States sent the applications to become a winner of honorary award for outstanding services in the field of Tourism. However, the prestigious award this year awarded to young professionals in the tourism sector from seven countries. Olzhas Shintaev (Kazakhstan), Shafsiya Tairbekova (Azerbaijan), Diana Zardaryan (Armenia), Sergey crowberry (Belarus), Kunduz Beysheeva (Kyrgyzstan), Alexander (Russia), Kiemiddin Saidov (Tajikistan) — these are the names of winners of the international award.

International Prize «Commonwealth of Debuts» established by the Council for Humanitarian Cooperation of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of the CIS member states in 2008. The prize is awarded annually to young professionals (under 35 years) to the humanitarian sphere, which is defined by the founders. This year, the owners of the awards were experts in the field of tourism.

One point of the resolution is devoted to the Year of Education in the CIS. Forum participants called on all interested bodies to initiate new joint projects in the field of education to enhance academic mobility and the modernization of the education systems of the Commonwealth.

The next XI Forum of clerisy is decided to held in Yerevan (Republic Of Armenia).
