Тhe presentation of the book - the monument of Cuman language (Old Kypchak) “Codex Cumanicus” in translation and new interpretation of ancient texts

Within the International Congress of Reading “Reading Nation – the Future of the Great Steppe” at the National Academic Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan November 27, 2015, dedicated to the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was held the presentation of the book, the monument of Cuman language (Old Kypchak), “Codex Cumanicus” in translation and new interpretation of ancient texts carried out by well-known turkologist, kypchakologist, Head Researcher of the Kazakh Research Institute of Culture, PhD Alexander Nikolayevich Garkavets.

The presentation gathered not only linguists and historians, but also young researchers. The section passed in a creative atmosphere. The participants attentively listened to the performance of A.N.Garkavets. During the discussion, A.N.Garkavets answered many questions from the section participants.
