Within the International Congress of Reading “Reading Nation – the Future of the Great Steppe”, dedicated to the Day of the First President of Kazakhstan, at the National Academic Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan November 27, 2015 held the presentation of the film “Deshti-Kipchak. Mystic symbols” by poet, interpreter, master of Kazakh documentary Bakhyt Kairbekov. The film is about the unique monuments of Kypchak writings, created by the order of Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The idea of the film emerged during the restoration work of ancient monument of Turkic culture “Codex Cumanicus”, initialized by National Academic Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Director General of the Kazakh Research Institute of Culture, PhD Andrey Khazbulatov represented the documentary narration of the ancient monuments of Kypchak writing tradition. Congress participants greeted the film with enormous interest. The audience appreciated the work of the creative team, headed by Bakhyt Kairbekov.
In the creation of this film were involved co-director A.Kamenski, operators A.Valuiski, R.Besbayev, composer A.Orenburgski. The film produced at the studio “Kazakhfilm” named after Sh.Aimanov and studio “GAFU”, 2015. The film is on three languages: Kazakh, Russian and English
