Starting of training courses for archives employees

 

May 19, 2015 was the first day of training courses for employees of state, departmental and private organizations and enterprises, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan in collaboration with the Kazakh Research Institute of Culture. Courses are conducted in accordance with the decision of the enlarged session of the Collegium of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan on February 16, 2015. Training is conducted by leading archivists and documentalists republic, highly qualified specialists, authors of regulations and training manuals on records management and archival business. Participants of the training courses were directors of Saryagash, Sairam, Ordabasy, Suzak, Tulkubas, Arys, Kazygurt, Shardarinsky, Tolebi regional archives and archivists Turkestan city archives.

Lecturer of today's seminar "Legal and methodological framework of evaluation and selection of documents for permanent preservation organizations. Documents value expertise and acquisition of archives" became Head of the Department of Archives, Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Gulzira Karsakbaeva. During the seminar, participants G.Karsakbaeva told about the examination of the value of documents in the process of record keeping, drafting the design of the header, the formation and registration of cases, as well as the systematization headlines archive files.

Training courses were held in the Kazakh Research Institute of Culture (in the building of the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan) in the period from 19 to 22 May from 09.00 - 18.00, on completion of the course participants were given certificates.
